Lake Tahoe
We drove up to Lake Tahoe this weekend and stayed in a cabin on the south shore of the lake. We went snow shoeing and cross country skiing and did a lot of relaxing on our lakeside cabin. There was a lot of snow up there, but it was nicely sunny and warm, so it was a nice taste of winter without the bite. Here is a link to some photos:

actually it was pretty easy to go home. It is 75 and sunny where we live. Its snowy and cold in Tahoe. But it was pretty.
